We are proud to provide two state-of-the-art facilities in Traverse City and Glen Arbor for the highest quality chiropractic care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our offices as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
The Traverse City Doctor Bear location offers all services that one would expect from a high end chiropractic office but this location offers so much more. There is a full fitness center that includes training facilities for the novice or the high end athlete. There are showers available post workout stocked with towels and bathing amenities. No reason to ever miss your workout because you forgot something in your gym bag.
Our Glen Arbor office is located in downtown Glen Arbor. We are in the rear building directly next to the Glen Arbor Town Hall.

- Arrive 15 minutes early to complete paper work.
- Being late will shorten your appointment.
Financial
Doctor Bear Total Body Health Care is a self-pay practice. Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, credit card or HSA - FSA - MSA card at the
time of service. Although we do not bill to your insurance directly, we will be glad to provide you with properly coded invoices so that you may
submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
The amount of reimbursement will depend upon your individual insurance plan’s reimbursement policy for “out of network” providers. We advise that
you check with your insurance plan regarding “out of network” coverage of services prior to your visit with us if you plan on seeking reimbursement.
Doctor Bear Total Body Health Care focuses on treating our patients with quality care directed by their individual needs and not based on insurance
provider guidelines. Most doctors and clinics cope with the requirements of being participating providers by keeping their office visits very brief,
so that they can see many patients within a given short period of time. We choose to maximize our patient’s visit and experience by providing multiple
services per visit that would be unattainable through traditional insurance based billing.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
